This policy explains what Jordon Murphy Health ("we," "us") collects through jordonmurphyhealth.com, why we collect it, who we share it with, and the choices you have.
When you complete our quote application, request a group benefits consultation, or contact us directly, we collect what you enter: name, phone number, email address, ZIP code, household size and ages, self-reported income for subsidy estimates, business details (for group benefits requests), and any notes or questions you choose to add. Our quote form also asks a general yes/no health history question to help match you to appropriate coverage; answering the optional detail field is your choice, and we ask that you keep it general rather than including sensitive medical records, diagnoses, or Social Security numbers.
Like most websites, we use Google Analytics (GA4) to understand how visitors use our site, which sets cookies and collects information such as pages viewed, general location, and device type. This helps us improve the site; it does not identify you personally in a way we use for outreach.
Each of these providers processes data under its own privacy policy in addition to this one. We choose vendors that support secure, encrypted (HTTPS) data transmission.
We use the information you submit to prepare and discuss coverage options with you, follow up by phone, text, or email as you've agreed to when submitting a form, and, only when you ask us to obtain a quote or move forward with enrollment, share the relevant details with the specific insurance carrier or carriers involved in that request. We do not share your information with carriers you have not asked us to work with.
If you check the consent box on one of our forms, you're agreeing that we may contact you by phone, text, or email about coverage options. Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP, and you can ask us to stop calling or emailing you at any time using the contact information below.
We retain the information you submit for as long as reasonably necessary to assist you with coverage and to meet recordkeeping obligations that apply to licensed insurance advisors, after which it is deleted or de-identified unless you ask us to delete it sooner.
We take reasonable steps to protect the information you share with us, including relying on vendors that use encrypted (HTTPS) transmission. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Our site is intended for adults seeking or arranging health coverage and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
