Our Commitment

Jordon Murphy Health wants everyone, including people who use screen readers, keyboard-only navigation, voice control, or other assistive technology, to be able to find coverage information, use our forms, and reach our team through this website. Accessibility is an ongoing effort, not a one-time project, and we review and improve the site on a rolling basis.

What we've done

Across every page of this site, we've worked through a detailed accessibility pass covering:

  • Descriptive alt text on every meaningful image, and decorative icons marked so screen readers skip over them.
  • A logical heading structure (page title, then section headings, then sub-headings in order) on every page, so screen-reader users can navigate by heading without skipping levels.
  • Form fields with visible labels, and required fields marked as required, including consent checkboxes on our quote and consultation forms.
  • Semantic HTML — real buttons, links, headings, and landmarks — rather than generic elements dressed up to look interactive.
  • Responsive layouts that work down to small phone screens without content being cut off or requiring horizontal scrolling.

What this statement isn't

We haven't completed a formal audit against a specific WCAG conformance level, and we haven't yet tested this site with real screen-reader software, keyboard-only navigation start to finish, or automated color-contrast tooling. We're describing what we've verified so far, not claiming certified compliance we haven't independently confirmed. If you run into a barrier, please tell us — see below.

Alternatives if something doesn't work for you

If any part of this site is difficult to use, you don't have to fight with it. You can always reach us directly by phone at 954-573-9056 or by email at jordonmurphyhealth@gmail.com, and we'll walk through your options or complete a form on your behalf over the phone.

Reporting an accessibility issue

If you encounter a page, form, or feature on jordonmurphyhealth.com that's hard to use with assistive technology, please let us know what page you were on, what device or software you were using, and what happened. Send that to jordonmurphyhealth@gmail.com or call 954-573-9056. We'll look into it and aim to fix genuine barriers promptly.

Ongoing improvement

We'll continue reviewing this site as it grows, including new pages and features, and we'll update this statement as our accessibility work progresses.
